Geographically, you wouldn’t think that our house would flood. The house to our left and across the street didn’t flood. We were the last on the street to flood. Robert went downstairs to check when we realized there was water in the house, and when he stepped down into the kitchen and I heard “splash”. Our first floor has multiple levels and all of those levels flooded.

We flooded on a Tuesday. We weren’t able to get back into our house until Thursday night. We started the demo Friday and that day, The LaRocque Group was there to help. The whole mantra “You get what you pay for” is something that you have to experience before it actually sinks in. From the beginning, we knew they were going to take care of us.

Kyle and Brian gave us guidance throughout the process, and it was never a high-pressure situation. They presented our choices, gave their thoughts, gave guidance when we asked, and 90% of the time they were right.

There were houses that finished before ours with The LaRocque Group, but we always felt like a high priority. This project took six months, and everything was perfect every step of the way. The preparation they put into getting to the final product was incredible. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. I can’t say enough about it.
