Start a file or folder of your ideas and take your time by exploring and weighing all your alternatives.

The design phase begins with a scheduled consultation where we determine the size and scope of your project. We listen to understand your wants and tastes to ensure the project meets your needs. We work with only the best designers, vendors and subcontractors and will match you with the appropriate team that fits your timing, style and budget. Selections are key to turning your dream into reality and they are crucial in the design phase. We will put you in contact with designers and full product showrooms for your materials and selections and determine a firm final cost. Conceptual designs and a scope with the projected investment cost will be drawn up and a final project price will be agreed upon. Rest assured we will work with you to refine your needs and selections to get you in line with your budget and create a plan that is unique to you.

Once we have agreed on the project estimate, selections and contract, we will begin the BUILD process. We take pride in a well-organized building process to keep your project flowing smoothly in regards to cost, safety and deadlines. We value your opinion and perform a weekly walk-through during the construction process to ensure your satisfaction is being met. For every job we provide a Project Manager. The Project Manager ensures that the project stays on schedule and on budget. In order to create consistent quality and maintain the correct course of action, each Project Manager follows the same system. Weekly communication within our Co-Construct System will allow you to worry less and stay informed every step of the way.
